This Refund Policy applies to all subscription purchases made through Beamer Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our") at www.beamerlabs.com.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date. No questions asked.
Refund requests submitted after 30 days of the original purchase date will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made after the 30-day window will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be made.
To request a refund within the 30-day window, log in to your account and submit a refund request through your account settings. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund. To receive a refund, you must submit a refund request as described above within the 30-day eligibility window.
